U15 guild renown

Ran all the new quests last night and got no renown inside quests or in end reward list.....is this wai? We are lvl 79, small guild trying to hit that precious lvl 80. I'm gonna have to blacklist the new stuff till 80 or a fix......pls fix or change to give some renown somewhere....

Yeah, I noticed this too. Didn't get renown in any of the quest end reward lists, which sucks because I always take the renown over vendor junk.

Every guild would be much better off if people adopted that attitude.

The renown drops have seemed real low since U14. Traditional renown spots such as the IQ2 have seemingly dried up, at least for me. Its kinda worrisome as the guild was slowly progressing from 64 to 65, but now we have actually backtracked to the middle of 64. We hold steady, but no momentum forward at all.

Just ran the shroud, of the 13 chests inside there was 0 renown drops and one Token of Valor in the end reward list. I attribute this to having epic level people in the group. Guess from now on they will have to be excluded from the runs.

Ran the new content on EE yesterday with my guild, saw several legendaries in the chests but didn't get any myself. Probably got a few impressive trophies, didn't check too carefully.

ie. the higher your level is compared to the quest level the less renown you'll get.

Ran them solo eHard last night on a lvl 25, got trophies in every chest.

No trophies at all on the end rewards (but all high-end loot, planeforged and celestial stuff.)

Yes, but if I am a level 20, running level 19 quet solo, i expect renown to drop. Thats why I am considering excluding all epic leveled folks from shroud runs, so I can at least pull something.

In addition, on my 16 sorc, 4th life, running elite BB streaks, not a single leg vic has dropped and the number of impressive trophies that have dropped can be counted on both hands, ie less than ten. Based on my experiences so far, renown drops are down, and I no likey that. I am in what is considered by ddo to be in a large guild. My main has slightly more than 500,000 renown. Its not the impressive number that some people boast but I get no bonuses, unless I happen to have a renown xp pot running, which I cant afford to do all the time.

I would like the devs to take a look at the renown drop rate. Make sure its working normally, the way its supposed to.

I'd say it is working fine. Did some recent runs on level 16+ stuff across some of my toons, got some Legendaries and Impressives both in Necro, Vale and Inspired quarter.

My main Smigit is still getting renown.
It helps to know when your decay kicks in.
The longer in the day from that point the less the renown drops.
Our decay hits around 9am eastern.
By 5am eastern we get very little.
As one dev said about renown.
"The bards can only sing so many songs about your deeds in a day."
Running the new stuff got it in the hidden chest in the overgrown one I think it was.
The one where the bard has to survive to open the door.

Basically no quest that lets you select both Heroic and Epic difficulties will give renown as an end reward. I posted a complete list (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=4653277#post4653277) in another thread.
