Both Water and Fire monk stances seem to need a little help to keep up with Air/Earth stances.
For water I would suggest a bonus to monk buff duration (say 25/50/75/100%)
and a direct bonus to Monk attack DCs (maybe 1/1/2/3).
For fire stance perhaps a bonus to crit range to compliment earths bonus to crit multiplier?

I really like the idea of extra crit range with fire stance. Perhaps apply it to tier 3 and 4 only, to mimic the earth stance bonuses. As it is now, anything higher than fire1 stance is a rather large investment for a small gain. +1 attack and damage for 9 AP is a bit steep. I'd personally like to see the AC bonus from earth stance just be swapped over to water stance instead. As it is there are too many bonuses to earth stance while water has too little.

I have no complaints about fire stance as it is. The ki that I generate while in melee combat in fire stance keeps it pegged at near maximum, even when I'm spamming my monk abilities as fast as they refresh.

If it needs a buff, please tell us why? Right now I have a monk build that uses fire stance primarily. It seems to be working exactly how I want it.
