Here's a couple of pics showing my tests and results, hopefully this will save others some time.
Test 1a and 1b:
No heal amp gear, just using healers friend tier 1, then again with tier 2

Test 2
equipped 30% amp gloves, 20% amp ring. Picked up HOTD tier 1 for 10% amp, maxed w/f healers friend for a base of 0.8
(this totals [0.8*1.1*1.2*1.3] 137.2%)

Also i forgot to hover over the ap costs, but they are indeed 1/2/3 now.

You just can't please some people.
I did test it with loh, a heal scroll and clw, but that was more for my self healing purposes, given that with scroll mastery / spell power, expected results vary so much, i stick with unyielding for exact confirmations.

So I can stop weeping with frustration when I have to heal warforges again? Oh joyful day! My warforge freinds like to get into more damage than I was able to keep up with after the borked wf healing amp.

Finally! Great to hear...thanks for putting the work in to get this data.
And thanks to the devs for getting this fixed. All the WF in Eberron will rejoice this evening, as will the clerics who love them.

I'm rather over the miss information currently being spread around stating that warforged healing amp is still busted. Most of this information is probably coming from ill informed people who don't understand properly how the flesh shaper effect works.
The fleshmaker effect states that adds 10% to amp, it's not a multiplicative like most items. (all other healing amp effects state they amplify [ie. multiply] amp by x%)
This addition as expected, follows the basic rules of bodmas, so is calculated after your racial enhancments, class enhancements, and multiplicative item boosts.

Heal amp sources for the white warforged:
healers friend 3 (.8base), monk improved recovery 2 (20%), Leviks bracers (20%), fleshmaker (+10%)
Heal amp sources for the red warforged
healers friend 3 (.8base), Gloves of the claw (30%), tod ring (+20%)
