What happened to the enhancement revamp?

Before the expansion it would be fair to say many people were either looking forward to or dreading the enhancement revamp. Then it got postponed.

I remember a dev response saying it would be moved till after the expansion. While I do not think it was specifically stated that it was in update 15, I am pretty sure that was the consensus 2 months ago. It just seems strange that another update is coming and there is no word on when the enhancement changes will be finished.

Is there something I am missing?

actually I think if they just scrapped the enhancement revamp and just fixed some enhancements/upgraded some weak PrE's/added all remaining PrE's MANY MANY people would be VERY VERY happy.

currently, the most likely outcome is that you will get both the wait and the bugs.
