I'm probably coming late to the party, but wanted to just express a few of my observations and thoughts on the new raid. So far, I've ran this raid twice. The first time, the portal keepers all fell off the island and decided to hide out in the abyss of the Demonweb. The second time, Ana fell of the final bridge and bugged out.

I completely understand that there are bugs and we just kinda have to deal with them as we go. I think the most frustrating thing for me is the lack of reward as you progress through the quest. Sure you get some XP from having her drain the artifacts, but that only goes so far.

What I really enjoy about how most raids are set up is the periodic mini-boss fight that results in a chest. Shroud is still one of the best designed raids in terms of how it's structured. The problem with Shroud is that it's now been dominated at all levels (epic shroud would be kinda cool though). I think more people would complain less about Caught in the Web if there were periodic rewards available. Possibly after killing the mini-boss and draining the artifact, have a chest appear. Gives players an incentive to run the quest and not feel like it was a total waste of time if the raid does happen to bug out near the end.

Anyways, just had a desire to give some feedback, even though it's way too late to implement.

The portal keeper fiasco is such BS.

Had beat them down 4x on that run and they kept respawnning because a fifth portalkeeper was not even at the end platform.
We found it back near the beginning.. did not show up on the map.

A check or fix needs to be put into place to keep portal keepers on the end island and add a mechanic to limit the portal keeper respawns.

Auto-port any keepers that fall off back to the end island.


Still having episodes where barrier drops with babysitter of Ana running against the barrier goes through and Ana does a funky run stop backup...double-take and then does not cross over the threshold, resulting in her being still on the wrong side of the barrier. Forcing another waste of time round of beatdowns.

The escort the AI is poorly implemented, programming mechanic is a failure.

Please never introduce any more dumb Coyle style escorting into the game.
Unless I can knock them out and dump them into a portable hole or bag of holding and pull them out by their hair when their interaction is needed and shove them back into a bag so I can carry them to the end I never want to see this Dev choice of questing ever again.
