Arcane Archer force imbue and incorporeal

Am I misunderstanding something about the Arcane Archer force imbue or not understanding what I am seeing on the screen when I attack or is there a current bug with force imbue? I have noticed, since update 15 I believe, that force imbued arrows are no longer "negate[ing] the incorporeal miss chance of ethereal creatures". I see alot of "incorporeal" messages floating up when firing at ghosts, wraiths, and specters.
