I purchased a spirit cake. I went to use it but was in the water when i clicked so it did not give me my raise. I submitted a ticket and was told they cant help me. I paid for a cake and did not get my raise and my cake is gone. This annoys me so much i am just out the tp.

The in-game gamesmaster may indeed not be able to refund TP.

Raise a web ticket for store support for them to assess the possibility of a refund given the item consumed without granting a raise due to your location and hopefully they will be sympathetic:
