For a TWF UMD'ing weapon infusion type scrolls (elemental weapons, silver, deadly, etc)..

How do I go about getting the effect on both weapons, given I have a scroll in one hand when I cast the spell? Is it even possible?

The effect is applied to the item not to the player, so you should be able to:

Put the first weapon in your offhand, use a scroll.
Put the second weapon in your offhand, use a scroll.

^^^^ This...just enahnce both weapons one at a time...the effect will stay on the weapon as long is it active if you unequip it. On my arti I routinely put different enhancements on different crossbows and swithc back and forth as I need to.

Thanks - what threw me off this morning was that I put the effect on 1 weapon, then when I equipped a 2 weapon set (out of which only 1 had the buff) - the buff sign on the buff bar went away, and I got the '- elemental buff' (forget what the term actually is) thing on my screen making me think the buff was gone. Does the buff sign only show if I have both 'enhanced' weapons equipped?

Thanks

I believe that is the case. Hover over the weapon, it'll show the effect added.
