Actually one question about Undead Guard, and one about guards in general

Does Undead Guard proc on every hit? Lower-level guards found on pre-U14 random gear (fire, ice, lesser and minsor versions of same, etc.) proc on every hit. High level guards originally available on on greensteel and named items proc either 20% (radiance, ooze) or in single digits %. Undead Guard is 3d8, and DDO wiki implies it procs on every hit (http://ddowiki.com/page/Undead_Guard). Is that true?

If I wear two items with Undead Guard -- or any same guard, -- do they proc independently? IOW, will it double the proc rate of the guard?

Yes, it procs per hit.

No, identical guards will not stack.

Some effects, such as Concordant Opposition, will have separate rolls for the jewelry/clothing one and for the weapon one. However this is a special case.

On topic of Undead Guard items, the same name will not stack, but Lesser (1d8) will stack with regular (3d8).

Also the Necropolis Scarab-turn ins were buffed up in Update 14, mostly with lower min levels, but with stronger effects on the Necro II ring (Signet of the Silver Flame used to be +2 Int, +2 Cha, Less Undead Guard, now is +4 Int, +4 Cha, Undead Guard). I discovered this when loading up on guard-effects for a melee prior to running Necro II...I wish I had made a pre-update Signet for the character, I'd prefer stacking that with Kaelth's Touch rather than Touch of Silver Flame and post-update Signet.


I never bothered with the shield from Necro III but I suspect that one may have been buffed too, it needed it...
