Newbie GS Crafting questions.

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction related to creating a few specific items.

I am interested in crafting a set of blindness immunity +4 Attack Goggles..

and an HP GS Belt with Heavy Fort.

The issue Im having is, I do not even see Atk +4 as an option in any of the DDO crafting planner apps. Also, the planners only show HP as an option with a +Con exceptional bonus, why cant I adjust the stat that gets the bonus?

Are these cratable?

The belt I'll be using with a goristro, so I already have exceptional CON +3. Will I need to change it up and go +SP?

Finally, is there a place I can go to view items recommended by other players or popular recipes?

Heavy fort is only on mineral 2 accessories and those don't have exceptional con, only bonus for constitution skills ( concentration etc )
