Okay, so we've already had a discussion about how they jacked us on our XP. That horse has been beaten to death repeatedly. I think I figured out how they did the XP-Breakage, though, and now it's REALLY gotten irritating.

Level 23 Shortcuts (Epic). Killed a CR25 Red-named horned devil in the Challenge. What did we get? I'll show you what we got!

A level 13 chest. Want to know what I got from that level 13 chest? A +25% exceptional fort cloak. So, what have we learned?

Not only have they nerfed the carp (because apparently c r a p is a censored word) out of the XP, but they probably did so by putting an upward cap on effective level of that challenge.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. No one asked for these changes, and whoever decided to make these changes have gotten LAZY. Instead of fixing the broken individual elements (200k on first run), you borked the whole **** system! PUT IT BACK.

This isn't actually a change. The Island challenges always gave exceptionally poor chests despite featuring the toughest bosses. They are set to about 6-7 levels lower then the challenge CR.

Yep. WAI.
A change? No.

Techically they got improved in U14 if anything. Previously those bosses were:
A) Much tougher (~150k+ hp tough)
B) Had even worse loot

Though it wasnt a specific change, just due to the global noobiziation of challenges, and increase of loot tables.
