Magister for clerics

Wanted to suggest that magister increases to caster level and bonuses to benefit divines as well. Seems that limiting it doesn't do anything expect minimize customization.

I'm going to temporarily say no on the off chance they still plan on introducing an epic destiny for clerics, artis and druids, despite EDs "not being for classes."

On the other hand, since that will probably not happen any time "thoon" I'll just give in and
