There seems to have been a deliberate effort to keep people from accidentally doing stupid things when buying from the store, that just get in the way of legitmate purchases. For example, a few months back I wanted to buy a +3 to all tome when they were on sale on a char that had used one +3. Ended up having to buy on a different char on the account and transfering it over. Irritating but just slowed me down and didn't cost you guys a sale. Now I was thinking of taking advantage of your coupon that is based on total cart size and pick up a couple of those +2 fate point tomes at once and distribute them between my many chars on my account. I'm reasonably sure those are BTA (if I'm wrong, they should be). The store won't let me do that though, presumably because it thinks a given char can only use one and wants to keep me from wasting points. This time that will cost you a sale, as I'll wait and hope that a few months down the way, you'll put them on sale for 20% off. Ideally in cases like this you want to give a warning "hey you sure you want to do this because you can only use one of these per char" that people have to click through. Should keep the mistakes down while still allowing people to make the purchases they want and keep the money from the microtransactions flowing in.
