My question is this. I have Crafted my Strinati's Hand Canon with Combustion which adds +42 Equip. Bonus to Fire Power. If I add Flame Manipulation to my Enhancements which increases spell power by 40 will it stack ie to 82? I appreciate any and all comments.

yes. bonuses of different types stack, always. In this specific case, the item provides an equipment bonus, the enhancement provides an enhancement bonus. This will also stack with implement bonuses from caster weapons, as well as the bonuses provided by empower and maximize.
