Question for end game artificers and/or a GM.

I have a fully upgraded Toven's Hammer (so it has Transform Kinetic Energy on it) and I'm trying to get the Torc from the Queen, but the description is the same about "Transform Kinetic Energy".

My question is: would both effect "stacks", aka green steel Concordant Opposition ( if CO is on a weapon AND on an item, it supposedly stacks, but it doesn't if both CO are on an item.) As the Torc is a necklace and the rune-arm a weapon, I've some doubts... any artificers with both the Torc and an upgraded Hammer could confirm this?

Torc is a necklace, not a trinket. And I can't confirm the transform kinetic energy proc, but it has been shown that the lightning strike on Toven's stacks with the lightning strike on a Lit2 GS (there was a screenshot posted on the forums of two lightning strikes in one damage string). So it may be a possibility. But I would like some confirmation on this as well.

Oops, necklace.

I can confirm too for the dual LitII. I'm assuming it should gives double chance for Transform Kinetic Energy. Just haven't been able to put my hand on a Torc yet and with bad luck, this farming can be a freakin pita... so I want to make sure before I get to that point :p
