Warchanter 2 and arcane spell failure

from WC2 description: 'gain medium armor proficiency (and the ability to cast arcane spells in medium armor without arcane spell failure)'

I just want to clarify with some 1 who does have a WC2, I would like to know if u get arcane spell failure while wearing a light armor? pretty sure the description means only medium armor but i'd like to know maybe it applies on light as well bcuz i based a bard build using a light armor at end game... thanks!

bards innately have no spell failure with light armor.

I have some light armor on my wc bard. I Made a bunch of DT light armors for various reasons. It looks better and I do not have to worry about changing my prestige and being stuck with medium armor and spell failure!

It works fine. No Arcane spell failure at all.

my spell singer bard is wearing an epic light armor and i have slotted the blue augment slot with the 1 that reduce arcane failure - lol
