When I capped I chose Adamantine body at level 20 (Artificer) because there wasn't really much else to choose from (Well, looking cool seemed better than anything else at the time :d). So about a day ago I decided to get the free feat token from Hall of the Mark just to see what else I could've chosen, this is about 3 weeks later from taking addy body.

When I got to the list of old feats and new feats, every old feat had a new feat to select in the opposing list as it should be. However when I dragged Adamantine body into the old feat slot, nothing shows up in the new list, it also says I picked the feat at level 1, when I really took it at 20. :l

So basically I want to swap this thing out but can't due to no options being shown, is this known or happened to anyone else?

I think that has more to do with the fact that the body feats are meant for being at character creation only, so its reading it as if you took it at character creation. not sure if they're be a fix for this.

when you create your character, somewhere it says something along the lines of what you pick, you are stuck with. you cant do a feat exchange to change your body armor.

The Body Feats are only available at level 1 if you're -not- an Artificer. Artificer can pick them at any level that they get a Feat, I believe.

As far as Fred, he's probably borked. Report it as a bug, I guess.

This feat can only be purchased at character creation but a warforged can change his body type by talking to Fred.

I can switch any of the feats I have chosen on my level 7 FvS for adamantine body. I also picked up adamantine body on my FvS at level 21.

The description doesn't have anything in it that says it can only be taken at level 1. I am not sure about the other body feat(s).

I don't know. Wiki says that both of the Body Feats can only be picked up at Character Creation, but that Warforged can talk to Fred to change their body.

I guess it has changed in-game, but the wiki hasn't been updated.

Seems you can swap into a body feat or take at any level but can't swap it out.

You're not alone. It is a bug. It is not restricted to body feats.

So I have this mooid (monk/druid).

Due to the grand feat plan, I took stunning fist with a regular feat slot at level3 and planned to swap it out at 5 only to retake with monk lvl2 at char lvl6.

Thing is, when I talked to fred, I got the same deal as you.
No list of feats to swap to.
SF listed as having been taken at char level1, druid1. Which is somewhat erroneous.

Not only that, but every feat taken prior to level3 was gone from the feat swap list, making it somewhat hard to swap out helf dillie.

It's somewhat strange though, the two feats I ended up taking at level6 are present in the list and seem to be swappable.

Additionally, making a vet7 char and picking the same feats in the same order did not repro the issue.

[edit:] A common denominator here might be that iirc it used to only be possible to take SF on a monk level, same as body feats used to only be possible to take at level1. Maybe, just maybe...someone did some mistake when merging the druid trunk to the grand tree...

Definitely goto be a bug, because technically even if the feat u r swapping is classified as lvl1. So is a ton of other feats available at lvl1! For feats equivlant to the one u r swapping not showing up is either a display issue or plain out a bug that needs be reported and later fixed.

I agree, looks like a bug. I swapped out my old adamantine body feat for mithral body post level 20 without any problems. I had orginally taken it around level 9 iirc.

One thing to note, if you took adamantine body at 20 then you were using an artificer class feat slot, so that would restrict your swap selection. However you should still be seeing things like mithral body, which is also a possible artificer class feat and is exclusive with adamantine body obviously.

For me fred ONLY shows the most recent feat I selected.......... I have extend and now am druid lvl 7 so I no longer feel it necessary (since im not using extended bulls bears etc for stats anymore lol) but I cannot switch it or even see any feats on list short of the one i picked at 6.

He has to be bugged, Ived taken 2 toughness feats, barb active past life, power attack, ect, stuff you dont need pre-reqs for and they are not on my list, just the last 3 feats Ive taken....

He's definitely buggy. He only lists 4 feats for me (on my l16 arti) and the lesser mark of dragon making (taken at level 16, artificer class slot) shows a blank right side, so there's nothing I can swap that out for, on top of only listing a portion of my feats.
