Why doesn't MyDDO show my TR character anymore?

Its not just TRs. I've been getting that message on all my toons since the expansion. Its irritating to say the least. Even before that error started showing up, the MyDDO pages for my toons had ceased updating for quite a while.

I can't use the online raid timer checker, nor can I get any useful info on my toons from DDO Viewer/DDO Game guide.

Please fix this.

Mine broke as soon as I took my first epic level. Hopefully they fix it soon? Non epic level toons still show up fine.

because MyDDO is ****, stuck in beta, and Turbine refused to do what is necessary to fix it.

They also refuse to take it down, which makes for a VERY VISIBLE embarrassment in the online community. It also shows how much they give a honey badgers caring.

It's to let anyone who takes businesses seriously a warning not to spend money on a company that hasn't been able to fix it's own website in SIX YEARS.

It's just another inept, pathetic and really kinda funny in a sad way, way of showing how the employees at Turbine are at doing their job.

So.. 14.2 is out. My char is still absent from My.DDO.

This make me a sad panda. I keep getting declined from PUGS because they can't see that I'm a 6x TR :(

Personally, if they are using crapware for screening, you are better off without them.

and yes it does make turbine look pretty stupid when they cannot / wont fix their own website
