Simple question needs a simple answer:

If you have »Fey Spring» and «Illusion Of Well Being» and that you twist «Healing Spring», do the bonuses from the two first apply?

No they don't. If you want the benefits from fey spring and illusion of well being they need to be also twisted in. You do get the ranks you put into the ability though.
