Anything else I wouldn't craft on GS, simply because it's too situational and GS with it's higher then normal weapon damage will remain your "every day" weapon until you get better epic weapons.

According to the math people, Lightning Strike averages out to the highest damage per swing.

Although we have a lot more lightning-immune creatures now, so that might have changed.

If you're planning to TR, Lit II still rules for levelling.

The ones you have listed are generally 2% proc rates (some up to 20% like steam)
Inconsistant damage output overall.

I would look at..

1. Radiance - 4d6 light damage on crits and blinds(blinded mobs dont hit well and are subject to SA).

2. Mineral 2 - for your general purpose DR breaker.

3. Lightning strike - high bursts of damage and still has the best visual
