Is the attack speed increase an Enhancement or Competence bonus?

I believe it stacks with everything else, whatever type of bonus it is. If it's either I'd say competence so wouldn't stack with ranger capstone or gilvaenor's set but not sure either way.

It is not listing on attack speed on the character sheet. I'm going to go test on the dummy and see if it's a display issue or not working at all.

Any attacks/minute data for 25 BAB with/without EoA:SC?
