Ability increase? work yet?

Has the bug been fixed to get your ability increase for epic levels?

Just wondering if i should hold levels

Yes, you can safely take lvl24.
I did so myself recently and now it works properly.

Yes, fixed if you are lv23-. If you are 24 or 25, you will need to LR or TR to take it at the moment.
