Can't Claim Free Lesser Reincarnation!

Wanted to LR my Lvl 7 FvS on Wayfinder, but when I speak to Kruz, he is still requesting a heart of wood, and the 'buy' screen comes up. There is no mention of, or option for, claiming a free LR.

This is a relatively new toon, and HAS NOT been LRed before, at all.

Have I missed something, and this offer ended? I assumed it was a permanent new feature?

After. Created about a week or so ago.

That might be the problem. As far as I know, the free LR only applies to toons created before the xpack launch. And I dunno if its permanent.

I think its a one use only, so the toons could adapt to the xpack combat/ac/spell changes.

Reincarnation

As of Update 14, all existing and new characters may speak with Kruz to perform a lesser reincarnation character respec for free, without using a Heart of Wood, one time. You may perform this free respec at any time of your choosing, and each of your characters may speak with Kruz one time to do so.
Several Spells will no longer disappear upon reincarnation.
Extra Pre-purchase items are no longer being re-granted upon reincarnation.
Reincarnating Wizards and Artificers are now allowed to pick spells while levelling up regardless of past class history.
Characters may perform a True Reincarnation so long as they are level 20, or higher, and have a True Heart of Wood.

Hmmm.... Odd... Well, then maybe go in-game and contact a GM, see what they can tell ya. :(
