gelatinous companion: a not small problem

I invited 3 people to DDO, and then DDO gave me the GELATINOUS COMPANION.
But, I have 2 characters, and DDO gave it to my second character in BOUND TO CHARACTER...
Why? I've invited with my account, not with my character, so the item MUST BE a "BOUND TO ACCOUNT"...

And, the most important thing, HOW CAN I SWAP IT FROM MY SECOND CHARACTER TO MY FIRST CHARACTER?


I asked to on-line game, but they sayed to contact the support by opening a ticket.
I've done it... but I think they can't help/resolve this problem becase (for my experience) I contated them 4 times for different problems and they never solve, never help, never contact me back...

So... does anyone can help me, or give me suggestions, or indicate me the right way to resolve my problem?

Once you use it on that character, it becomes available to all chars on that account (and on that server i believe).
So even though the "activation" item is Bound to Char, the end result, the pet, is Bound to Acount.

It's a non-issue. :)

^that. if you logged onto your second character after the friends signed up, it probably got assigned to that toon. relax, no issue here. i'm guessing you may or may not have that much info on companions.

:) Exactly, even if it was an issue, given the other issues we have currently ones involving the cubes are very very minor. :)

i agree with your point-of-view: there are many issues that need addressed. and a lot of them are really major.

however, i do think that if the missing cube is an issue for tisto (that has luckily been resolved by now), then i would take that seriously, too.
