Repeaters are broken post patch

Tried to use a light repeater on a lvl 1 arty..the reload is now
insanely slow...the animation is in slow motion.
like 5 seconds long

And this is the bug reporting forum, and whats been noted appears to be a bug.

Well I noticed after reading a lot in the forums, this is a bug, they are fixing it.

They pushed the patch back a day to address the issue, the devs aren't really that mean!
