Have the planar foci been pulled from completion rewards?

As title, I just ran queen of the demon web chain 4 times in a row, did not see a single planar focus. The quest completion tracker keeps counting, but I did not get a planar focus to appear in the chain reward list, neither on the third nor otherwise. I am sure I have seen them there before, now I wonder if this has been also nerfed because turbine expects players will greatly enjoy pulling bad combinations on loot that is insanely rare in the first place.

One has been linked to me after completing the chain this monday (so - after patch) by a friend, I am still on ransack so cant tell you from personal experience, but maybe they just made them appear less often?

6 completions of demonweb chain yesterday resulted in 3 chain completion lists with planar focuses. So yes, they still drop, but you're just that unlucky.

On the other hand, after 15 completions of Trial by Fury I have yet to see a Hide of Goristro :).
