18 sorc 2 monk 5 epic.
if i buy a +3 greater heart of wood
can i make my self lv 25 wizard?
20 wiz 5 epic?
or how its going?

No. You would need to but a +5 greater heart, take 5 wiz levels.

Then wait a week. Then buy another +5 heart, take 5 wiz levels.

Then wait a week. Then buy another +5 heart, take 5 wiz levels.

Then wait a week. Then buy a +3 heart, take 3 wiz levels.

Which would be something like 8000 Turbine points and over 3 weeks of time.

What you are looking for are lesser +5 hearts of wood, four of them. Hearts of wood allow you to change as many levels as they have "pluses", greater only means you can also upgrade from 28 points to 32 points if you need to. Epic levels are the same for every class, so they should not need to be changed.

At this rate however, the best course of action might be grinding out enough cannith challenges for a true heart and TR to wiz if you really want it.

Best plan would be to TR and then get up to level 8 and use one of those Stones of Experience to get to level 16. Will cost far fewer points (potentially none) and much less time.
