Why is there no pointy cap from the War Wizard Set

The war wizard set is... meh....
No stat bonusses... all the other sets have stat 7 and insight 2 stats and generally overlap well with other sets.

◦War Wizard's Robe - +6, Archmagi, Elemental Absorption 5%, Concentration +15
◦War Wizard's Bracers - Armor Bonus +9, Spell Penetration VIII, Elemental Spell Power, Greater Elemental Energy
◦War Wizard's Amulet - Protection +6, Spell Focus Mastery +1, Greater Elemental Spell Power

Would rather have seen the necklace changed to a pointy hat and add Int+7 for this set.



Villager Set

No +INT in lob alchemical
Garbage magister destiny

This one seems directed at arcanes: Twilight, Element of Magic - +7, 2.5[1d8], 20x2, +21 implement bonus to USP, +80 equipment bonus to Universal Spell Power, +120 equipment bonus to Force spell power, Major Spell Focus to Enchantment and Evocation (+3 DC), Arcane Augmentation IX, Greater Arcane Lore [BtC, ML23])

Good info.. that does help with the Int issue once you get beyond level 22.
Level 20's are still sol.
.....and still no pointy hat though....
