So with anything that updates power levels, and curves, the older stuff gets weaker.
+1 damage is a huge advantage at level 1.
+1 damage at level 25 on epic elite is a lot less impressive.
The contrast with +1 to hit is even more stark post U14.
With the combat system overhaul, a +1 to attack can account for literally nothing once you take into account rounding in the new combat formula.
I'm wondering if the past life feats should be updated to a new system to account for the scaling.
+1 every 8 levels or something, so at level 24 you're at +3. Something to make them a bit more like they were pre-level 25, and ED.
