Bahahaha, I would if I could. This was actually passed to me in the chest since I was the only monk in the party. :P

I like the 16-20 crit range, that'd be 11-20 with IC:R I guess? Or do you already have IC:R? With some decent adds (racial weapons, good strength etc) this could put out some reasonable damage for a shuriken.

As Ivan said, that's the damage-on-crit range, there.
Well, Ivan, Improved Cursespewing is kinda useless on high level content due to the abysmally low save required on it.
Find a shuri with that swapped out for something, and the rest the same, and I'll give you 'the win'. ;)

But....but....it's my materialism that even allows for me to win!!! :(

I challenge this statement. :P I have +2 Improved Cursespewing Wraps of Stunning +8 (ml 20) and I get the IC to land pretty often. Epic Elite is much more difficult, but the sheer number of attacks that I have as a monk helps a lot. I think IC still has a place. :)

It's definitely neat, but I like this more:
My rogue is going to enjoy being 25.

Nifty! I've been pulling some sweet wraps lately. As examples: +5 Holy of Mauling, +5 Dynamo of the Icy Depths....

 The joys of naturally failing on 1s, eh?
Well, Shuris'd definitely be the place to have it on, I suppose. It essentially ends up being a vorpal ability to give a brief -4 penalty to the mob :P
Does it work on bosses, though? Been a while since I've used IC.
If so, then yeah, I guess it'll end up being rather useful, though, to be fair, at high levels those numbers'll be fairly low subtractions from the mobs' abilities ;)
I still think another ability type might do better over all in usefulness, but I'd give you the functionality points then :)

Oh, yeah, totally works on non-devil/demon bosses. Even raid bosses. I think any amount of debuff you can throw is worth it, especially if others are helping. Imagine IC with all sorts of Sunders thrown; that's a big drop in Fort saves, which means my Touch of Death procs more often. :)

Well, who am I to argue with more touching? Of death?
Nah, my main problem with debuffs is that they're useless on all but boss mobs, typically speaking, due to how fast mobs die. If it works on bosses, it'd be handy of course- equal in benefit to, say, lightning strike on the weapon? Who knows? :)
But I'll give you the point, as I said I would. :D
