Ok. I just experienced an issue where I lost an ingredient bag while moving shards/scrolls/seals around my characters. I hit a lag spike and the bag disappeared. Not in my inventory, bank or shared bank.
Since a ticket can not be submitted in game how do I go about this?

Character name Schadel on Thelanis.

It really doesn't matter if you could submit a ticket, they wouldn't help you anyway. Join the club!

But seriously, check a vendor and see if you can "buy it back." If not, DON'T LOG OUT. If you already did, too late. Also in the future NEVER take a bag out of your inventory unless it is empty. Tranfer ingredients one at a time.

Simple as that. This is a VERY, VERY bugged game. Beyond really any other professional MMO. More bugs, that, like this one, have lasted the entire span of it's life, that will never get fixed or even admitted to. If you're brand new, just rage quit now.

If you allready logged out, just go check your mail next time you log in. I had a bag I tried to get rid of, and it just kept getting mailed back to me till I emptied it.

If not try going to http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/splash.asp and submit a ticket.

You gotta remember,while we are here playing DDO, the people in the office at turbine are playing the closed beta of the upcoming NWN MMO, and can't be bothered

I submit a ticket tot he in-game part and I got an email saying that they could not help me.

But o well. Was just upset when I posted and couldn't find out how to submit a ticket and just got and automated message about being unable to help with ingame stuff.

I will also check my mail.

I wasnt holding my breath but it was worth a shot. Hope your bag re-appears.
