Ki regen and meditation borked

Neither of my abilities working. Not getting Ki back and not healing whie meditating. What gives? Anyone else having issues?

I had the same problem yesterday. I made sure I was centered and had the proper gear equipped. A log-out/log-in fixed it. I don't know if it was just a visual bug, a gear issue or actually not working. Chalk it up to another of those "weird" issues.
