Resilience Feat WAI?

I have two monks. One is light and the other is dark. Both of the monks have the resilience feat.

With the resilience feat toggled on:

Dark monk - dark dark dark - Touch of Despair (dark finisher) = Feat stays toggled on
Light monk - light light light - Healing Ki (light finisher) = Feat instantly toggles off

Is the Light finisher supposed to toggle off the feat? or is this a bug?
