I finally finished my first epic desitiny tree today. Spent my last 2 points in Draconic Hunger which is supposed to give a 10% chance for temporary sp and a 10% chance for temporary hp with each kill. I ran around the kings forest killing things for a half an hour and the spell point portion procced once. I wanted to get a better handle on my kill count vs proc rate so then I took it into kobald assault and killed 200 kobolds. In all those kills my hp portion procced twice and the sp never procced. Obviously there is something wrong with this passive ability. It is also supposed to increase to a 50% chance when you turn on your draconic fury. I turned it on 3 or 4 times while killing kobolds and I didn't get a single proc. Of course I tried to bug report, but can't so I am posting this here. Needless to say I am disappointed. I finally get to my "epic moment" and it is an epic fail.
