Fear Removal

Was running some necro quests the other day, and stocked up on potions before heading out, including potions of remove fear. When the time came, I tried to take the potion it but it wouldn't let me because i had been feared.

So what's the point of this potion if you can't pop it when you need it? Seems pretty moot.

This also applies to the spell,
It does give you a bonus on future saves against fear,
It would be great if you could still use fear removal techniques while afraid.

Edit: There are lesser versions of fear that you can remove with this, that just give you a minor debuff

That spell is for other people in the party to cast it on you; not you on yourselves.

You use it ahead of time like a buff. Just get a Reaver's Ring.
