In-Game Help Go Bye Bye ?

I am trying to submit an ingame ticket but the page is BLACK. There is a blurb about checking the knowledgebase but no place to enter a ticket.

It's been like that for me as well...

Given the volume of bugs, it's a pretty good way to keep your customer service folks from going crazy. Just don't let customers submit support tickets :D

It's been doing that off and on for at least a year.

The best way to get it to reappear is to log out and back on. Of course, when soloing and running into a problem, that doesn't real help you now, does it?

It's been like that for me for over 2 years. Across multiple computers (at least 5).
