All,

It has become obvious that the version of the to-hit and AC system introduced to DDO has some issues. It is very complicated and this is causing problems from both the standpoint of the players understanding and the developers being able to implement the system as defined.

I have a suggestion: trash it all and start over with a simpler system

Here it is: DDO generates a random number between 1 and 2. If the number is even then you hit or are hit.

Even Turbine can implement this without fail.... or maybe not.
