AND, the ticket system doesn't work if you are above L20 so you can't report it.
Got to end of "Caught in the web", chests appeared, quest didn't end and chests wouldn't open. Someone tried GM on another account and they said there was nothing they could do. Someone else said raid bugged on him earlier in the day where portal would never open. I guess 3 weeks wasn't long enough to fix this raid.
