When you come to the section where rats are and you have to pull the lever to get the ladder down. However the lightning trap is already started. This prevents you from getting on the roof to attack the box guy. Tried to put dots on him, cannot target, however he will die off side rails of electric trap, however after he dies trap still going off will not end and you cannot go on to get the lever to open the valve to continue quest.

ATM quest seems bugged in a way that makes completion impossible. This was on elite, only one run. Let me know if anyone else encounters this. Bug report submitted.
