Fascinate nerfed as well

Yesterday the duration was 4:45 seconds, today 41 seconds

Enthrall was working just fine...was lasting the usual 5 minutes and then some.
I hope the fascinate thing is a bug, not a nerf. It would way, way over the top to reduce the duration so much.

Just went and tested this on my bard (16/2/2 virtuoso).

Fascinate still lasted for 4 mins. Enthraal still lasted for 4 mins.

Can you specify what level of bard cast the fascinate?

question, what did you try it on? Players (ie: testing on a friend in the pit) have reduced time on it, I don't know if epic mobs have any resistance to it though they may.

I just checked my 16 warchanter/2 fighter/2 rogue (3 epic, 5 fatesinger) with Lingering Song IV in epic hard Lords of Dust. Fascinate lasts 3 minutes, 36 seconds.

Just tested fascinate and enthrall. It's lasting the length I expect it to be on a bunch of trash in eBig Top.

Fascinate/enthrall's ~ 3:30ish. I certainly hope it was a one-off bug of some kind!
