I am unable to post in the general Bug forum or file a bug report so I am posting this issue here.
So apologies for posting an issue that's currently live on the Lamm forum.
Issue: Epic Cloak of Night is only providing 1% dodge and not 2%.
For comparison testing I used, a ML 16 Cloak of Night and an upgraded Head of Good Fortune.
When using the ML 16 Cloak of Night, my dodge bonus goes up by 1% as expected.
When using the Head of Good Fortune, my dodge bonus goes up by 2% as expected.
When using the ML 16 Cloak of Night and the Head of Good Fortune, my dodge goes up by 3% as expected.
However:
When using the Epic Cloak of Night, my dodge bonus goes up by 1% not 2%.
When using the Epic Cloak of Night and the Head of Good Fortune, my dodge only goes up by 1%. I'm guessing the game recognizes that the Epic Cloak of Night is supposed to be a 2% dodge item like the Head of Good Fortune and so will not stack like bonuses, even if the bonus in this case is only 1% and not 2% as it should be.
