Heal Amp bugs with Fort

So while testing my healing with scrolls, I noticed something wacky happen with my Heal amp when I went uncentered. I knew my fort was gonna bug out so I was prepared for it. When I used my next heal scroll it hit for a lot less than it should have. So I swapped my Claw Gloves in and out and tried it again, and Heal Amp fixed.

I haven't seen anyone mention heal amp bugging out yet, and I think Threat might bug out as well, since it is also % based. Figured I'd mention it in case.

PS this is in live, dunno if it's still borked in the patch will check the notes in a min. and even if it is could someone check heal amp as well?

EVERYTHING bugs out.

I've lost stat points (Enhancement bonus from items), I've lost AC (both Protection and Natural Armor bonuses from items), I've lost PRR (from my shield), I've lost Healing Amp, Doublestrike, you name it.

It has nothing to do with being centered/uncentered because I have no Monk in me, and it affects every single thing in game that equipment could possibly add to your character.

Please, for the love of god, fix this soon!

Not sure why, but I have been seeing similar problems every time I level up. I do have a couple of monk levels, so there might be some connection there, but I don't know why I would become centered and then uncentered by leveling up.
