Disclaimer: this is a bug I found on live, I have chosen to not report it in the live forums because the bug report tool is broken, as well as the report a bug forum. I can't verify it on lammania because character transfer is bugged as well.

I recently tried the draconic incarnation ed on my pale master. Black dragon's energy vortex is working fine normally, but entering lich form causes it to try and hit myself as well as enemies. I wrote "try" because the dc calculation is bugged as well, and on a 18/2 wiz rogue I only failed the save on a 1, unbuffed. This should not be possible if the dc worked according to description, I suppose the dc is always charisma based instead of int. Didnt check for the other abilities with similar descriptions, those might be affected as well.

I swear, pale masters are starting to feel like the class equivalent of handwraps with how many bugs they have going on. On a more constructive note, could you provide some numbers with regards to your save issue. Specifically, what is your total character level, intelligence modifier, charisma modifier, and reflex save? Showing the actual numbers would provide a bit more substance to your report.
