Error when buying Turbine Point in the game store! in Steam

Hi, I'm from Russia. I play DDO through Steam. I have a problem, when im buying Turbine Point in the game store, i have a error ERR-25.
On the Steam forum did not help.
Please help!

I am getting the exact same error.

Is there any way to fix this? I have rebooted my PC and restarted DDO multiple time but the error persists.

If anyone has any ideas, it would help.

As I understand it, certain payment processors are very picky about where they accept payment from and in what form.

I suggest you contact Turbine account/customer support via http://support.turbine.com and they can help you get the points you want the best way possible.

I always call them by voice, but I'm in the USA and its relatively cheap and easy for me.
