I've heard it doesn't stack with striders, can anyone verify this?

I have not done extensive testing on it, but my fvs who's currently doing GMoF does not seem to move faster with it than before, and his speed seems to say the same when I take my striders off. So, anecdotal evidence says it does not stack with striders.

Doesn't it also say "enhancement bonus" or something, just like striders?

Won't stack. Turn on Effects in one of your chat windows, you'll see the message about Running with Wind, Striders and Haste not stacking since they're all enhancement bonus.

Not just my anecdotal evidence, then. Cool, thanks for the info.

Running with the wind does not stack with haste, or striders.

However; running with the wind at tier 3 is a TRUE 30% speed boost, unlike 30% striders that are actually 24%. So you will be faster with ier 3 Running than you will be in 30% striders.

Enjoy

unless of course you use the mire set for your striding bonus...

I know full well that it has no minimum level, and has never had one.
We're not planning on changing it, nor has the subject ever even come up.
The entire point of it is that the upgraded version of this item is a fantastic convenience to a TR who has put the work in to get and upgrade the quiver.

And some more . Correct me if i am wrong but all this Epic Destiny does is give you if all 3 tiers are taken is 30 striding and they don't stack with anything . Another example would be here.

Anyways you get the point .

I hope that i am wrong please post as this might help those who think they will get 60 80 90 ECT at speed when its not going to happen. Or when you are looking for epics destanies that wont work / Againg i hope i am wrong .

The passive +12 total innate lightning resistance does stack (unless you already have innate, of course), as I have it on my monk. And you do get +3% double strike for being in wind stance.

In my opinion, the grandmaster seems useful as an augmentation destiny (apart from being great for monks); you can pick abilities to allow you to 'augment' your equipment build. For example, the 30% movement speed does not stack, but now you can free up your slot where you have 30% striding and place something else.

But still, a lot of the abilities in a lot of destinies seem to be redundant and don't stack with anything, making a good portion of the interesting abilities be only half-useful.
