Miscellaneous complaints:
Power Word Stun: cast by alive and undead necromancers, it has about a 5 second cooldown at best. As these are wizards (I'm assuming) it should be a 40 second cooldown. It's only funny once when, on casual, I am chain stunned by necromancers while their zombies beat on me ineffectively. Consistency is nice. Big kudos though, it's nice to see mobs trying to CC us. If you really need some new ways for us to be disabled, then let casters get muted so we can't cast, and let melees get enfeebled so they don't hit as hard.
Drider Web Line Trip: Let us make a reflex save to avoid this, before the strength check. on normal in the new quests, even my 40 strength rogue was getting tripped. Why can these guys even land a line on my nimble rogue?
Player Cooldowns: A failed action shouldn't be triggering a cooldown. An arrow hits my rogue, and it breaks her concentration so bad she can't attempt an Assassinate for 15 seconds? My cleric gets tripped and can't go into Ascendance for 300 seconds? Even worse is when it's an Epic Moment that fails to go off, and your charges fade into the ether. Losing charges for an Epic Moment and getting put on cooldown should only happen if it's specifically an enemy ability meant to do that, otherwise it's just frustrating to click at the wrong moment and be put on cooldown.
