I am looking for a guild

I have played this game for over 4 yrs off and on....I left and just got back after being gone for 4 months.....
Came back to alot of new things etc. I have a few toons 17 sorc/wiz, 12 fighter/pally and trying out the new druid class.
I am looking for a guild that is fun, helpful and friendly, tired of the guilds that just want to get alot of people and never help.
I love playing and at time would love to run with guildies.I am very helpful and enjoy the game.
I am 53 live in NY married 2 kids and have lots of time to play. So if there is a guild out there that needs me please let me know.

Good luck searching a guild. I don't have toons on Khyber and you are never to old to do anything but check with your doctor before.

I'm sure you will find a medium or small guild filled with wonderful people that love to talk and have fun with each other, don't let anyone bring you down.

I would ignore such ageism and ignorance from the poster a few above. Just play and enjoy. You will meet like minded people as you do so and maybe an appropriate guild. Hope you find something.

I'm amazed at the ignorance of that comment. There is rude, but that goes way beyond it.

I'm new to DDO. I quickly started realizing that I may be in the minority being in my 40s when I started to join groups. One group member said that his dad was born in 1972 and another person said something like, "Wow, that's old." I laughed to myself.

That is one reason that I decided to start a guild for more mature players, Aging Heros (sorry, blatant self promotion). But as Barazon mentioned, there is the Mature Adventurers Club and I'm sure many more niche guilds out there. Look around and I'm sure you will find a good fit.

I just want you to know you are not alone. There are many of us out there enjoying the game. Don't let the negative trolls get to you.
