The description for flyby attack says it does 2D6 damage per cl. It does roughly 200 damage when I use it on my Fire savant. Energy Vortex which does 3D6 per cl damage does about 1500 damage (same savant). Dragon breath Does 5D6 per cl for roughly 1800 damage.

Note: all attacks are fire on a fire savant with TOD set bonus. These are just approximate numbers but obviously:

Something is wrong.

I would like to know what's broke (Be it description error or bug etc).

just spitballing here, but that looks like about how much you might expect from 40d6 if enhancements, gear, and metamagics are not applying (average of 1d3+3, which is what DDO does with 1d6 on non-DoT spells, is 5; CL iirc can go up to high 30's for an on-element savant, so approximately 200 damage sounds right for an otherwise maxed-out savant not getting any spellpower bonuses)

Just so you know (I didn't know, so just pointing it out), there is an Epic destiny (http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=270) section of the forum.

Maybe there this will have more attention.

that would be the safe bet. Am wondering if anybodies confirm this or if the Devs have anything to say about it.

as it is now Flyby attack is more like Flyby tickle. It's cute, but the damage isn't there......

the heading says menace of the underdark public. If he wants a thread to his spcific question so what. Answer, offer advice, or ignore. IAnd I think it may be due to the knockdown effect that it is so low. The damage seems secondary than bursting throuh like a minataur. Just be lucky u dont have to roll on str:)

If you are referring to my post, it leads exactly to the "Epic destiny" section of the forum, under the category "Classes".

If you don't, ignore this post.
