Thank you Turbine for making spell power affect scrolls.

I hope this is working as intended and not a bug. Scrolls were way too weak before this new change.

Now all spellcasters can use scrolls for extra damage when they run out of spell points. Yay!

It's probably bugged. But I suggest fixing everything else first.
