It says 'and deal strength damage on critical hits'..
what does that mean? don't we already do strength damage on crits?

im guessing you are talking about "crippling strike" which make sneak attacks inflict 2 str damage.

Your strength contributes to normal damage based on your weapon, whether or not you are doing critical hits, increasing the slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning damage of your melee attacks.
Shadow Form means you additionally deal "strength damage", so whatever you are attacking has their strength lowered, so they'll end up dealing less damage with their melee attacks and have lower attack bonus.

Except the str dmg is not working, neither is consume or the instakill or 75 dmg effect on executioner's strike.

So....assuming I am reading correctly, is this meant to stack for rogues that already have Crippling Strike?

are you certain it's not just epic ward making the strength damage useless?

I thought epic ward no longer prevented stat damage (for u14)?
Which by the way, if that's true, does crippling strike become useful again?

Some players like to test things in new content, some players do whatever someone else on the forums told them. ;)
